For us, clean beauty is not just a trend, but a commitment; for us, it means acting sustainably, for the skin and for the environment.

That's why our night care contains no additives. It is also recyclable and all our products are vegan, cruelty-free and have minimal impact on the aquatic environment. 

And that's exactly why you can enjoy our skincare without a bad conscience.

Recycable

The skincare cloth: The fiber of our cloth is of particularly high quality. You can return the tissues free of charge after use and we will put them to a new use — outside of cosmetics.

No waste from additives: Thanks to our technology, our skincare tissues do not contain any additives. This means that both the water and the skin are spared from harmful substances.

The cardboard packaging: This is made from recycled cardboard with FSC certification and can be disposed of in the normal cardboard collection. We also reduced packaging by 30% in 2022.

Vegan

Vegan cosmetics: We do not use any ingredients from or derived from animal substances in our products.

From nature: All our products are based on natural ingredients. Our sustainability credo is balance, which is why we only use biodegradable raw materials for our natural active ingredients.

We even have a recycling option.

Cruelty-free

Free from animal testing. Animal-free cosmetics is a must for us, because the protection of animals is just as much a part of our philosophy as the responsible treatment of the environment and nature.

Last but not least: Filabé is PETA-Approved and proud of it.

Oceans protection

Microplastics and silicones are still used in many cosmetic products. Wastewater treatment plants cannot completely filter the tiny plastic particles out of wastewater.

As a result, these hard-to-degrade particles end up in the water every day and pollute the ecosystem.

In addition to microplastics, parabens, emulsifiers, alcohol, perfume, grease and oil are also among the ingredients that cause lasting damage to nature.

Deeply rooted: Our quest for balance is deeply rooted in our brand. We keep an eye on the entire usage cycle: from raw material extraction and production through to the care and recycling concept.

Climate-neutral in the subscription: For every Filabé subscription taken out over the course of a year, we also compensate with a planted tree, including 5 years of care, so that it grows big and strong.

Wildly committed

The perfect partner: Filabé supports Borneo Orangutan Survival (BOS) Switzerland in reforestation projects as part of the One-Tree-One-Life campaign. BOS Switzerland is committed to the long-term protection of the last Bornean orangutans and the preservation of the tropical rainforest on Borneo.

Why Borneo: According to the European Commission, the high demand for palm oil is responsible for 2.3% of global forest destruction. Even certified palm oil plantations do not help. Because these also need planting area. Deforestation and monoculture not only have serious consequences for the climate: The livelihoods of orangutans and other endangered species are also disappearing every day.
